These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mostly™ platform, services, systems, and related offerings. By accessing or using Mostly™, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform or services.

Mostly™ provides business infrastructure, system deployment, automation, and ongoing operational support through a subscription-based model. Services may include platform access, system configuration, workflow implementation, automation builds, and continuous optimisation. All services are delivered within a structured system environment and may evolve, improve, or be updated over time.

Users agree to: Provide accurate and complete information Participate in onboarding and required sessions Provide access to relevant systems where required Respond to requests in a timely manner Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and for all activity conducted under it. Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact service delivery and outcomes.

All fees are charged in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. To commence services, clients must pay: An initial setup fee; and The first month of service in advance From the second month onward, services are billed monthly in advance. Subscriptions are subject to a minimum term of three (3) months and cannot be cancelled during this period. Following the minimum term, services continue on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.Billing occurs on the same calendar date each month based on the original start date. No refunds are provided for prepaid fees, setup costs, or active billing periods.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mostly™ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from the use of the platform or services. All services are provided on an "as is" basis. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client to Mostly™ in the one (1) month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Mostly™ may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in services, operations, or legal requirements. Continued use of the platform and services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
