Refunds may be issued at Mostly™’s discretion where:A duplicate payment has occurredA technical issue prevented access to a purchased product or courseA product was materially misrepresentedA system delivery has not commenced (where applicable)All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable: Digital downloads, templates, toolkits, and system files once accessed or delivered, Online courses once access has been granted, Subscription payments once the billing period has started, Consulting sessions, strategy calls, or delivery work already completed, Mostly OS Hub hardware and any deployment or configuration work already performed, Third-party software costs, licences, or platform subscriptions purchased on your behalf
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, you must contact our team with:Your full name, The email used at checkout, Proof of purchase or invoice, The reason for the refund request. Refund requests must be sent to:

Processing Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, Mostly™ may offer partial refunds, including: Partially delivered services or system implementation work, Partially completed onboarding or OS Hub deployment, Platform access granted but minimal usage occurred due to verified technical failure, Partial refunds are assessed case-by-case and are not guaranteed.
Cancellations
Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time. Once cancelled: You will retain access until the end of your current billing period, No further charges will be applied, Subscription payments already processed are non-refundable, If your plan includes a minimum term, cancellations may take effect at the end of the minimum commitment period.
