Overview
Mostly™ provides subscription-based access to our business operating system, including platform access, system implementation support, analytics reporting, and optional add-ons such as digital products, systems, and courses. This Subscription Policy outlines how billing, upgrades, cancellations, refunds, and service availability operate.By subscribing to Mostly™, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Billing Cycle & Payments
Mostly™ subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated. By subscribing, you authorise Mostly™ to automatically charge your nominated payment method at the start of each billing cycle. Billing occurs on the same calendar day each month based on your original subscription start date. If a payment fails, your subscription may be temporarily paused until payment is successfully processed. Continued non-payment may result in cancellation or termination. Mostly™ operates globally and pricing is displayed in your local currency where available. Prices may vary by region due to exchange rates, local taxes, and payment processing costs. If local currency pricing is unavailable, charges may be processed in AUD or another applicable currency. Your bank or payment provider may apply international transaction fees or conversion charges.
Plan Changes & Upgrades
Customers may request upgrades or plan changes at any time, subject to eligibility. Some subscription plans may only be accessible through internal qualification or progression requirements. As your business grows, Mostly™ may require an upgrade to ensure sufficient execution capacity and maintain service quality. Plan changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle, depending on the plan type and billing configuration.
Cancellations & Termination
All Mostly™ subscriptions include a minimum commitment period of three (3) months from the subscription start date. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled or paused during the first three months, unless required under applicable consumer law. After the initial three-month minimum term has been completed, subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations stop future billing, however access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Mostly™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate a subscription at any time if a customer: Misuses the platform or systems, Breaches our Terms & Conditions, Attempts unauthorised access to systems, tools, or software, Abuses support staff or communication channels, Uses Mostly™ systems for unlawful activityTermination due to breach may result in immediate loss of access without refund.
Refunds & Proration
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced. Mostly™ does not provide prorated refunds for unused subscription time if a customer cancels mid-cycle. Digital products, templates, downloads, systems, and courses are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, unless required by Australian Consumer Law or applicable local consumer law. Refund requests may be reviewed at Mostly™’s discretion in exceptional circumstances, however approval is not guaranteed. If a refund is granted, it may exclude payment processing fees.
Service Availability & Modifications
Mostly™ does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, third-party service disruptions, or infrastructure changes. Mostly™ may modify, improve, update, replace, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time, including system features, integrations, dashboards, and internal delivery processes. We may also adjust service structures to improve performance, delivery speed, security, or scalability. Mostly™ is not responsible for downtime caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, payment processors, or external software tools.
